01 The Short Version
Infinite War is an endless wave survival mode. Sustainability beats burst damage — heroes with self-healing, shields, or life steal are king. Don't deploy all your heroes at once in early waves. Save your strongest skills for boss waves every 10 levels.
Here's how to build for Infinite War, manage resources during runs, and push your record higher.
02 How Infinite War Works
You fight increasingly difficult waves. Boss waves appear every 10 levels. Your record determines your tier rewards — deeper runs mean better loot.
Infinite War is one of the best sources of Forge Stones and gold. Consistent deep runs will accelerate your progression significantly.
The challenge: you can't swap heroes mid-run. Your team needs to be self-sufficient for 50+ waves.
03 Best Heroes for Endless Mode
- Radiant Warrior: Self-sustaining with shields. Never dies with proper support.
- Night Scion: Self-healing keeps him alive indefinitely.
- Necromancer: Skeletons provide valuable meat shields. Needs Goddess of War.
- Poison Master: Carries early-mid waves. 8-10 at level 6 is transformative.
- Seraph: Resurrection ability can save a run from collapse.
- Goddess of War: Shields keep your whole team alive through AoE waves.
Avoid glass-cannon heroes that die to incidental damage. Every death in Infinite War is permanent for that run.
04 Resource Management During Runs
The biggest mistake is over-deploying early. Don't drop all your heroes in the first 10 waves — conserve them for when the difficulty spikes.
- Early waves (1-30): Minimal deployment. Let your core team handle it.
- Mid waves (31-50): Start adding backup heroes as needed.
- Late waves (50+): Full deployment. Use everything you have.
Save your strongest skills for boss waves. Timing matters — a well-placed ultimate on a boss wave is worth more than using it on random enemies.
Energy management between runs matters too. Don't exhaust your energy right before daily reset.
05 Pushing Your Record
To push beyond your current record, study where your team fails and fix that:
- Tank dying early? Add a secondary off-tank.
- Damage falling off? Replace your lowest-performing damage dealer.
- Getting overwhelmed by AoE? Add Goddess of War or similar shielding.
Small optimizations compound over 50+ waves. Every hero choice and skill timing matters. Keep tweaking and your record will climb.
